Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for all items across Australia. Express Post is also available for $12.99 Australia-wide.
All product prices are GST inclusive.

Most of our products are delivered through Australia Post. It usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Items are usually sent within 1 business day of making full payment (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends & public holidays). We ship products from our Sydney-based warehouse, and you are most welcome to pick up from us.

Our shipping cutoff time is 12:00 PM Sydney time from Monday to Friday, except public holidays & weekends. Orders placed before this time will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following business day. We strive to ensure prompt delivery of all orders and appreciate your understanding regarding our cutoff time. Please note that we have no control over courier delays.

Please also consider occasional delays due to public holidays or natural events, which are beyond our control.
