Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q1. Is this charger compatible with Apple iPhone 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13 and 12?

Yes. The charger is designed for compatible Qi wireless charging iPhones, including the iPhone 12 through iPhone 17 series. Magnetic attachment and charging speed depend on the particular model and charger compatibility.

Q2. Does this charger support 15W fast wireless charging?

The charger has a maximum rated output of 15W and supports 15W, 10W, 7.5W and 5W output levels. Actual charging power depends on the smartphone, charging protocol and USB-C power supply. A 15W-rated charger does not guarantee 15W charging for every phone.

Q3. Can I use this charger with Samsung Galaxy S26, S25, S24, S23 and S22?

These Samsung Galaxy models support wireless charging. This charger is intended for Qi-compatible devices, but magnetic attachment generally requires a suitable MagSafe-compatible magnetic case or ring. Actual charging performance should be verified.

Q4. Does this wireless charger work with Google Pixel phones?

It is designed for compatible Qi-enabled Google Pixel phones, including selected Pixel 10, 9, 8, 7 and earlier models. However, compatibility with newer Qi2 magnetic devices should be verified for this particular charger.

Q5. Does this charger work with OnePlus smartphones?

Yes, it is intended for selected OnePlus phones with built-in Qi wireless charging, including OnePlus 13, 12, 10 Pro, 9, 9 Pro and 8 Pro. Charging speed may be lower than with OnePlus proprietary wireless chargers.

Q6. Does this charger magnetically attach to Samsung and Google Pixel phones?

Most older Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel phones do not have built-in MagSafe-style magnets. They generally require a compatible magnetic case or adapter ring. Selected newer Qi2-enabled phones have built-in magnetic alignment.

Q7. Is this an original Apple MagSafe charger?

No. This is a third-party Qi magnetic wireless charger designed for compatible smartphones. It is not manufactured by Apple.

Q8. Can I charge my phone while using a protective case?

Yes, provided the case is compatible with wireless charging and is not excessively thick. For magnetic attachment, use a compatible MagSafe-style magnetic case.

Q9. Does this charger include a USB-C cable?

Yes. The charger comes with an approximately 1-metre USB-C power cable, as specified by the supplier.

Q10. Is a wall power adapter included?

No wall adapter is specified in the package contents. A suitable USB-C power adapter is required.

Q11. Can I use a 20W USB-C fast charging wall adapter?

A quality USB-C adapter supporting the charger's specified input of 5V/3A or 9V/2.22A is suitable. Check the adapter's output specifications before connecting.

Q12. Does this charger support iPhone 11, XR, XS and iPhone 8?

These iPhones support Qi wireless charging. However, they do not have built-in MagSafe magnets, so magnetic attachment requires a compatible case or ring. Charging speed may be limited.

Q13. Does this charger work with iPhone 16e?

The iPhone 16e supports standard Qi wireless charging but does not have built-in MagSafe magnets. Charging requires correct alignment, and a suitable magnetic case may help with positioning.

Q14. Does the charger protect against overheating?

The supplier specifies over-temperature, over-current and over-voltage protection, along with foreign object detection. These features should be confirmed through the manufacturer's technical documentation.

Q15. Can I use this charger while travelling?

Yes. Its compact, lightweight design makes it suitable for travel. You will need a compatible USB-C power adapter for the country you are visiting.

Q16. Is this charger compatible with Samsung Galaxy A-series phones?

Most Samsung Galaxy A-series phones do not support built-in Qi wireless charging. Check the exact model's specifications before purchasing.

Q17. Can I use this charger with a magnetic car mount?

This product is a magnetic wireless charging pad, not a car phone holder. It should not be used as a vehicle mount unless specifically designed and secured for that purpose.

Q18. Will the charger automatically stop charging when the battery is full?

Compatible smartphones manage their own battery charging. The phone and charger work together to regulate charging, although the exact behaviour depends on the device.

Q19. Can this charger charge wireless earbuds?

Some Qi-compatible wireless earbud cases may charge when correctly aligned. However, compatibility is not guaranteed because smaller charging coils and magnetic positioning can affect performance.

Q20. Is this wireless charger Qi2 certified?

Qi2 certification has not been established from the supplied specifications. The product should be advertised as a Qi magnetic wireless charger unless official Qi2 certification can be verified.
